Toplo
Every morning you know whom to call, what to send and what to post — and nothing goes out without you.
Toplo is an AI sales and marketing app developed by BERIC TECH. It is built for small and medium-sized businesses that win customers through conversation — by phone, messages, email and social media — and have no marketing team or time for complicated tools.
The app is under development and is being tested with a small number of businesses. It is not publicly available yet.

Contacts and deals
Everything about a customer in one place: conversations, agreements, the next step and how interested (“warm”) the contact is.
Email and follow-ups
AI drafts the message and reminds you when to follow up. It is sent only after you review and approve it.
Facebook and Instagram posts
A weekly post plan, text adapted to each network, and approval of the whole week in one click.
Messages and comments
Inquiries from the business’s Facebook Page and Instagram in one place, with a suggested reply you review before sending.
Results and ads
Post, sales and paid campaign metrics for Facebook and Instagram, to see what brings customers. Toplo suggests a campaign; the owner launches it.

AI that doesn’t make things up in your name
- AI writes only from business facts you have confirmed.
- Numbers and claims in the text are checked before you see them.
- Nothing goes out — no email, post or reply — without your approval.
Facebook Page and Instagram account
Businesses will be able to connect their own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, so Toplo can publish their posts, show results, messages and comments, and track their ad campaigns. Connecting goes through Meta’s login, and the business chooses the permissions.
- Toplo publishes only content the business wrote or approved.
- It shows the business the results of its own posts and the messages and comments sent to its Page and account.
- Toplo does not reply to messages or comments automatically: AI suggests a reply and a person sends it. Toplo does not follow, like or comment on its own.
- Toplo only suggests an ad campaign, a post boost or a budget change; the owner approves every action that spends money.
- Toplo processes only the Meta data needed for the features each business has authorized: connected account information, posts, messages, comments and ad performance data. Data is not sold to third parties or used for unrelated purposes.
- The business keeps control of its accounts and can disconnect at any time — in Toplo or in Facebook settings.
